Last updated · 2026-05-19

Overview

le2250.com is a marketing site for the condo at 102-2250 Avenue Papineau, Montréal. The “Get the full info package” form lets us share the requested documents and respond to questions from people interested in the property.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the rights you have under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (“Law 25”).

Data controller

The data controller for information collected by this site is the property owner, Michael Klein. The listing brokers Audrey Anne Émard (OACIQ H6469) and Félix Pagé (OACIQ H6470) at Engel & Völkers Montréal (G7014) may also access the information for purposes of the sale.

Information we collect

When you submit the form we collect:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Display language (French or English)
  • Your consent acknowledgement

We also automatically record, for security and analytics purposes, a SHA-256 hash of your IP address, your user agent (browser), the referring page, and any UTM parameters present in the URL.

How we use it

We use this information to:

  • Email you the full property info package
  • Reply to your questions and schedule viewings if applicable
  • Conduct reasonable follow-up regarding your interest in the property
  • Measure campaign effectiveness

Hosting and service providers

We rely on specialized providers to operate the site. They process your data only to deliver the services we've engaged them for:

  • Vercel Inc. — site hosting (United States / international)
  • Neon, Inc. — PostgreSQL database where form submissions are stored (United States)
  • Resend, Inc. — transactional email service that delivers submission notifications (United States)

Because these providers are located outside Quebec, your information may be processed outside the province.

Your rights

Under Law 25 you may at any time:

  • Access your information and request a copy
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Withdraw your consent (we'll stop reaching out, though emails already sent cannot be recalled)
  • File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec

To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@le2250.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not set third-party tracking cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or regulations. The last-updated date is at the top. Any material change will be announced on the home page.
